My 96 Saab 900 2.3L non-turbo convertible automatic seems to recycle at idle and sputters dramatically when you step on the gas. Over 2500rpm it runs perfectly. Below 1000rpm it is rough, recycling up and down, and prone to stalling when I step on the gas. The battery ran completely dead, key was left on 1 click by accident, just before this problem appeared. New plugs, rotor, wires, filters, IAC, front O2 sensor(got code then much improved with this but still not right), fixed exhaust leak, 2 tanks Techtron. No codes now, computer just states misfires of cylinder 3,4, and random misfires.
Any ideas. Otherwise runs perfectly.
Ignition module? Coil?

Any ideas please...
