Here are some codes, not SAAB.
I would check to see if the O2 sensor base is a good ground. It grounds via the exhaust system. Use a Digit Multi Meter (DMM) and measure the resistance. Check fuses for O2 sensor heaters. Check wires and connectors for sensors. If a bad sensor base ground, find where the resistance is and fix that. I think a newground wire to the senor base held with a SS gear clamp could work as well.
