What oil have you been using? Dino I expect...
Try an oil change with a 1 quart solvent flush and follow the directions exactly. Do not add then drive on to the ramps. No engine load! Then use Mobil 0W40 and add a can of snake oil that claims to free sticking valve and rings and change the oil in 2K.
The oil pressure is probably low from oil sludging and the oil pressure is low, and low to the chain tensioners, which can cause chain problems and chain noise. With you low miles you might be able to head this problem off.
If realy is a problem that is related to less than great oil and related maintenace issues.
One must do item. Check to see if the low oil pressure icon lights up on the cluster with ignition before the engine is started. Most of the older NG900's with higher miles have this pressure switch failing. You can DIY this. The switch is much cheaper aftermarket than the dealer (big surprise?)
