How much was the flare and tube again? URL?
When you get on boost and hear the leak, are you getting full boost or loosing it too?
Did you check and tighen coupler joints?
TBTC two 10mm hex bolts ok? TB tight to manifold, grab the TB and see if you can move it.
The brake booster vac line is held into the manifold with a ring nut.
The larger vac line from the evap purge valve to the TB has known to crack at the TB, under where you can't see it.
Also check clamps for the IAC, all four.
