Let me share a recent experience with tires on my son's 95 900s. Had the 15" rims on it, and I put a set of yokohama avid h4's on the car. I was frankly pretty unimpressed with many of the aspects of this tire. Rode really hard, got squirrely on corners, and showed wear much earlier than I would have expected. The wife told me to put Michelins on early on (since it was the son's car), so she told me again to put some on, so I did. I opted to go with the Michelin X-One's. They're not a performance tire (on paper), but let me tell you, this car is a much better vehicle with these tires. They ride smooth, they corner like the car's on rails, and after about 800 miles they show literally zero tread wear. They have a pretty wide stance, but are only "T" rated. I will tell you they blow the doors off the Yoko's, and my experience on the X-One's on other vehicles is definitely a positive one.
