Dash lights all lighting up and ABS...help(long)

Hello,
This will take some time to explain. After washing my car on Wednesday the ABS light flicked on once but not while I was breaking. Then after buying wheel cleaner I cleaned the wheels. I think I may have got some of the wheel cleaner on the wheels. So as I'm driving to my uncles the abs light activates for 2 seconds along with the chime and then disappeared. I was not breaking at that point. About 20 seconds later all the dash lights illuminated an disappeared in 2 minutes. Then on Saturday while breaking normally for a stop light the ABS activated till I was stopped. Sunday morning on the way to work the whole dash illuminated for about 3 seconds. Today as I drove home from Haverhill all the lights came on for a few seconds and went away. Basically the all lights lighting up has happened 3 times in the past 500 miles. Abs has activated once. The car runs fine and the brakes seem fine also. Everytime the car is started the Master Warning Light will flash once and then go off. The car had a new instrument panel installed at 75k miles because it would not light. One time it would not light up which lead to the radio frame rubbing against the harness which I wrapped with electrical tape. Since then it hasn't totally blacked out. Occasionally the lights will dim lightly but barely noticable. I've only noticed this once in the past 2 weeks. Any idea on what could possibly be wrong? I don't want to get stranded or end up in an accident. Thanks in advance.
