Replaced 3 4mm vac lines from TB to MAP sensor, BPV and fuel pressure connection on driver's side of injection hardware. Changed stock BPV for Forge, no change. Still no problems/symptoms/unusual sounds *off* boost, no CEL, distinct hissing sound *on* boost varies with boost gauge needle posiition, satisfactory Visual inspection of all hoses and clamps on turbo pipes and to/from BPV. Definitely less boost than before, but boost nonetheless. Larger vac line through check valve from TB to valve cover looks OK.
Will consider cost of new BPV as preventive maintenance.
Looking for suggestions for next step.
