118,000 km I assume
The engine rear seal may be starting to leak. At 100Miles the leaking can start to get bad, or soon after. Look for oil drips at the lowest part of the bell housing. I would expect to see some seepage at this point.
All 1994 production had control arm designs that were a problem, and many were changed in the field, and many not. The old design has the sway bar linked to the trailing arm and the new design has the sway bar connected to the lateral control arm. Easy to see with one knee on the ground.
With Canadian winters, check that the rear brake pads are not rust bound in the caliper slots, and check that the pistons are free when pressing them back into the calipers. P-brake works ok?
The KM's are not high, but with age, the belt and idler pullies can be a problem. If the originals, I would replace these.
There was a throttle body recall mod. And the coolant pumps were service campaigned. You really want to see that the pump was replaced!
