Boost leak, the final chapter

After checking all the hoses I could get to without a lift, and swapping in the Forge BPV didn’t cure of my noisy boost leak, I finally drove by Anders’ shop a few Saturdays ago. With it on his lift, it took us a couple of minutes to find the short elbow hose from the hard pipe into the intercooler split at the intercooler clamp. Given the cost of replacing the three stock hoses, I took it as a sign from the Gods to order the Viggen intercooler from Nick T. I took it back to Anders last weekend for him to do the installation. He also replaced the upper idler pulley and did the short-belt conversion for me. With the new I/C and the stage II ECU, it really pulls well. I think Anders liked it.
So I decided the new 9-5 Aero will have to wait. This one is still too much fun.
