What tube?
It it popped off, its a pressurized tube? Can't think of one near the grill.
You have a T5, it does not matter if hoses or vac lines pop off except for one. That is a small short hose from the MAP to the TB. As long as its ok, the ECU will map AF properly.
The sensor may be bad or just have a bad ground. With a good digital multi meter (DMM), check to see if the O2 sensor bases have an ground resistance from the sensor bases to a good chassis ground. You may have to brighten metal to get a good reading. If the sensor basesa are not grounded properly, find out where the resistance is between the block and the sensor bases through the exhaust manifold, turbo, turbo brace, down pipe, gaskets, fasteners etc. If at the senor base, back out just enough to get some folded wet/dry sandpaper into the gap and brighten it, then reseat.
The sensor has to breath to get a good O2 reference from the atmosphere. It the outside and its vents are fouled with oil, or washed with gasses from an exhaust leak, thats a problem too. You can pull a plug and see if its fouled. But that is a lot of work and you could just as well intall an aftermarker sensor for your troubles. The sensors are VERY expensive at the dealer. You don't want to install those just to see what happens, especially if you have two. The fault code will tell you which sensor if you have two.
Does the engine start run and idle well. A bad DI or plugs or fouled injectors can complicate things.
If 1996 you will have two sensors, one otherwise.
