When the pully goes, you need a tow truck. So replace ADAP and do the belt another day if you don't have. Better yet, search for 'short belt', and do that mod and save more money.
Too change the pully, a 1/2 x 1/2" bar need to be inserted FULLY into the tensioner. When pulled forward a 1/4" pin-nail-screw drive shaft is inserted through its holes down lower to lock it. A 13mm or 1/2" wrench can be used to remove the pully belt and replace the pully. Put some loctite blue in the threads. Then restore the belt tension.
You can get some 1/2" square hollow tube stock from the hardware store or some use the end of a 1/2" breaker bar (I have not).
You do not need to R&R the air box for the above.
