Unless you want to try and find an aftermarket stick on trim piece then your going to the dealer for the trim strip. The strip actualy has a hole on each end that clips into a spring inside the bumper. You may have already lost the springs.

In my case it was easier (but more expensive around $40 I think) to just get the part at the dealer and install it. Otherwise I would have ended up putting an aftermarked strip on both bumpers. Since the front was fine I didn't want to bother yanking it off the car.

A good dealer should give you a look at the parts diagram to give you an idea of where the springs go and how they clip in. I didn't need to take the bumper off but did need to "peel it back" from the rear wheel wells to get my hands in there.

Others have replaced the OEM strips with a black 3M product and it does look pretty nice. You might want to search for that. I just didn't want to bother trying to search for something that would exactly fit the groove in the bumper, stay stuck on over thee years, blah, blah blah. OEM was just simple and done in 20 minutes.
