1. Sounds like you may have a bad rehostat (dimmer) for the dash lights. You might just have bad contacts and be able to clean and replace, or you may have to get a new unit. Search the archives on 'dimmer' and 'rheostat'. Is it all of the interior lights, or just the instrument cluster? If the cluster "dies" (gauges go flat, etc.) and then comes back, it could be a bad cluster or at least a loose connection to them.
2. SID pixels: common problem. If they're really out, you might be able to repair it. Search the archives on 'pixel' and 'SID'. There were some recent posts on this including a link to a web page. If areas are dim but not burned out, there are about 5 bulbs that illuminate the SID. You can replace those. (Dealer only bulb.)
3. Interior lights: if all doors and you get the key-in-the-ignition-door-open warning chime, then your door sensors are working OK. If not, look into that. Are the interior light bulbs burned out? Is the connnection to them just bad? If not, try fiddling with the interior lighting switch by the parking brake. I had to replace my switch once, and when it was bad, the lights did not come on. This would be a last resort--failure is rare. It's simple but you have to pop it out from below, so you'll have to pop out a panel or two on the center console to get at it.
