I've never done the valve(s) for the main windshield washers, so someone else will have to field that one.
For the headlight washers, remove the grille and you'll see the valve tucked under the LH headlight. Removing the headlight makes it easier to get to (on mine anyway) - three screws.
For the rear washer, the valve is in the LH fender, near where the tubes from the washer tank go through a grommet from the engine bay into the fender. Remove the side light housing on the LH side and shine a flashlight back up into the space. You'll see a couple of hoses entering the space - the check valve is the little round black plastic button-shaped thing right where the tubes appear.
