I'm sorry, I'm not sure understand which numbers are what in your data. By "Actual", do you mean the readings after the alignment?
The rear cannot be adjusted. They don't have to match exactly left to right, as long as they are in the range, and it appears they are. As far as I know, the camber on the front can't be adjusted either, so it's interesting that the readings changed.
Due to the negative camber on these cars, tires will wear more on the inside. How much is normal, and how much is excessive I don't know.
If the car pulls one way or the other on a flat road, something is wrong. Check all your tire pressures, if they are ok maybe you need to go back to the dealer and tell them your problem.
Vibration is more likely a wheel balancing issue, I would guess. My car has never vibrated at any speed from 0-220km/h.
