You need to go to a good alignment shop and get the measurements printed out and explained if they are not clear.
Sounds like excess negative camber, but you also need to know if the toe-in is strange. You can get the bushings evaluated at the same time. I can see bad bushings affecting steering and tracking, but not wear. Have the axle inspected for evidence of distortion or repair attempts.
Bad shocks would show up as steering and road shock.
The rear axle is a semi rigid beam axle. There are no adjustment provisions in the design. The alignment goes off if the axle gets bent. These axles will get damaged if you use them as a tow point or jack the vehicle up or support on axle stands. The axle can be adjusted by fitting shims between the hub and axle fabrication. GM N-body shims will fit and have been reported a few times on this BB.
Also inspect the mount points on the body where the axle mounts with its two rubber bushings. Any sign of distortion there suggests collision damage.
