front indicator running part not working

I have a 95 900se ,and one of the front portions of the ligt(the part that always seems to be on) isnt working...the turn signal part of the bulb I works fine..I canged the bulb and even switched bulbs from the other side? any ideas? its the yellow bulb with 2 filiments Thanks.
