You live in a parallel life! I just bought a 95 900 SE Convertible and none of the passenger seat functions work and there is no relay! I tried the relay from the driver's seat on the passenger side but still no functions worked. i haven't taken out the seat to see if there is power anywhere underneath but with the relay in place on the passenger side there was no power at fuse #5 which supplies the passenger seat. Is the relay for the passenger seat different from the driver seat relay and that explains why my passenger seat did not work using the driver seat relay or do I have another problem? The parts department at the local dealer could not answer my query as to whether the passenger seat and driver seat use different relays---I was asked for a part number, which I don't have because there is no relay under the passenger seat. I cleaned under the seat and searched very thoroughly, but alas the previous owner must have thrown the relay out.
