The 45K service is a minor service that includes:
oil and filter service plus: Tire Rotation, Brakes, Undercarriage and Suspension Components Check, Battery Electrolyte Check and Service, Charging System Inspection, Cooling System and Hoses Inspection, Serpentine Drive Belt and Tensioner Inspection, All Lights Checked for Operation, SRS (Airbag) Checked for Faults, Vehicle Roadtest
Granted they would only be INSPECTING the belt and tensioner, the fact they did not note any problems with it and did not report any oil leaks led the SELLER to not repair these items hence forcing the BUYER to foot the bill. The seller got ripped off because they got charged $190 for the service they did in a half-assed manner and the buyer got ripped off because he's having to foot the bill for these unidentified repairs items.
