Weekend Short Belt Coversion & fuel filter

Last Monday I ordered an Upper Belt Tensioner from eEuroparts($37.28 including shipping) and bought a NAPA serpentine belt(Made by Gates, NAPA # 060970, 21mm x 2480mm, cost was $34.10 tax ncluded); I also bought a new fuel filter from eEuroparts($20.79 including shipping); also a trailer hitch and 3 bike rack from etrailer($255 including shipping), everything arrived within four days so on Saturday I put the hitch on and replaced the fuel filter, took about 2 hours total, now that I've done both, the time would be about 1 hour. On Sunday morning I changed the oil/filter and did the short belt conversion, took about 1 1/2 hours total, now that I did the belt and pulley this would take about 40 minutes(mostly taking thigs off to beable to get to the belt/tensioner). I have a question: I took the lower tensioner pulley off and did not replace the bolt, any problem with doing that? I saved all the parts including the upper tensioner in case I need one in an emergency, also kept the lower tensioner in the event I need to make the car look "original."
