Dude, I don't know what happened there, but if there's water in your oil tank from your high pressure wash, and milky spots (which may or may not be degreaser or detergent from the engine wash), and I can't believe I have to tell you this, but then you seriously need to flush that crap out NOW. Oil lubricates your engine right? right. Water rusts, and well degreaser or detergent keeps oil off of stuff like metal parts in your engine. You need to change your oil/water/detergent mixture right now (the higher "oil" level proves it) and put in new oil. it's a $30 loss if the oil was new but contaminated and totally worth dumping it over, but seeing as the oil is 3 months old anyway, I wouldn't give it a second thought.
