A tip for changing fogs on the Talladega...

I just finished spending a solid few hours changing both the foglight assemblies on my 97 900SE Talladega. The bumper had to be removed, which to me, is one of the most disappointing designs when it comes servicing the lights. This was a major pain to do and have found a solution for future bulb/assembly changes.
The entire point of removing the bumper is because the lower lip spoiler of the Talladega doesn't allow access to the screw located at the bottom tab of each foglight (though on non-Talladega models, the lower spoiler is flexible enough to allow it). Here's a tip - when reassembling, do not rescrew the bottom tab of the foglight assembly. Instead, secure a twist-tie through the hole and tie it firm enough to minimize any room for the assembly to move. The upper two screws are adequate to hold the assembly in place otherwise. This way, the next time the bulb/assembly needs replacement, it can be accessed by unscrewing the screws on the upper mounting tabs of the foglight, removing just the grill and headlights and reaching in with your hand, untying the twist-tie, and removing the assembly.
Anyway, thought I'd share....
btw, while I had the turn signal light assemblies removed, I pryed away the orange plastic markers within the assemblies with a screwdriver to transform them into clear, euro-style signal lights. Looks quite sharp.
