Turbo I assume.
You have a large air leak. The IAC cannot compensate. (Is it plugged in?)
The air from the brake booster just adds to the problem. The purge valve hose is large and would create a large VAC leak. So check it. Perhaps it does not fit well and popped off under boost.
Take off the TBTC and examine the throttle action. Closing fully?
The IAC might be stuck open on deposits. Clean and then oil its pivots after.
The TB to manfifold or manifold to head could be a problem.
One way to find VAC leaks is to get at idle and probe around possible areas of a VAC leak with propane gas. When you flood a leak with propane the idle will change. Do this with the vehicle outside but free from the wind.
