The “What to Bring When You Come To Carlisle List”
• Your Carlisle Pre-Registration Card….THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
• Suitable clothing for every possible weather condition. The rule at Carlisle is that the clothing you do not pack will be exactly what you will need to endure the weather, as it does vary drastically this time of year.
• Comfortable shoes
• A warm jacket (just in case)
• Shorts (for when you don’t need the jacket)
• Rain gear (just in case)
• A comfortable folding/lawn chair.
• A cooler and your favorite beverage(s).
• A camera (with film and batteries)
• A Family Radio Service (FRS) / General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) radio.
We will be using channel 3 quiet code 25 throughout the weekend for SAAB communications, including the driving tour. They will make your entire weekend much more enjoyable knowing all that is going on around the 63 acres of the Carlisle Fairgrounds.
• Extra cash/credit card/check book for that special SAAB part or accessory.
• Carlisle has an ATM on premises, as well as cash advances for credit cards.
• Photos of the SAABs you didn’t bring with you, along with your favorite SAAB story.
• Also photos of any cars /parts you may have for sale.

FRIDAY 5/20/05
7AM – 7PM: Gates and registration open
NOTE: If you arrive on Friday, remember to also check-in with SAABs at Carlisle on the show field at the CPSC tent.
ALL DAY: SAABs at Carlisle open schedule – just enjoy lots of SAAB people and
SAAB cars all in the same place at the same time, the many other marques
and all that Carlisle has to offer the automotive enthusiast.
6PM: SAABs at Carlisle diner cookout at CPSC tent – bring you own food and drink – condiments supplied by CPSC.
AT DARK: SAABs at Carlisle After Dark
SATURDAY 5/21/05
7AM – 5PM: Gates and registration open
NOTE: If you arrive on Saturday, remember to also check-in with SAABs at Carlisle at Gate 3 at the CPSC tent.
9AM – 11AM: SAABs at Carlisle People’s Choice Voting
10AM – 4PM: Carlisle Events Wine Tasting
NOON: SAABs at Carlisle Lunch – compliments of Lehman SAAB
1PM: SAABs at Carlisle Auction
2PM: SAABs at Carlisle People’s Choice Awards – sponsored by Don Fatzinger Automotive
3PM: Carlisle Events Cook-Off
6PM: SAABs at Carlisle King’s Gap loop to diner departs
7:30PM: SAABs at Carlisle Diner at the Allenberry Resort
AT DARK: SAABs at Carlisle After Dark
SUNDAY 5/22/05
8AM – NOON: Gates and registration open
9AM: Carlisle Events Non-Denominational Service
11AM: Carlisle Events Trivia Challenge
NOON: SAABs at Carlisle lunch cookout at CPSC tent – bring you own food and drink – condiments supplied by CPSC.
1PM: Carlisle Events Awards
Reminders:
If possible, please be registered and on the show field by 10AM Saturday. This will facilitate our parking layout in time for the day’s events.
