Hey there.

My FATT experience was great. The SPG, my instructors and I made a pretty good team. Not as fast (top speed) as I thought we'd be (never got faster than 105-110), but pretty good through the corners. A buddy of mine was timing me and he said after one set of runs: That was great watching you catch up to that Vette and then pass him!

He has an old RX7 in group 2 and was running pretty well (he has a 3rd gen rx7 and a NSX, but doesn't race them too often). Another guy I know had a mid-80's 944 Turbo and is probably one of the most accomplished driver's I have ever met. Awesome to watch! He also has a CLK 55 and does race it from time to time...

My brakes (thanks Eric H.) did well and the car drove much better than it did the last time, again thanks to Eric & Jay's work on the suspension (much wider rims and good suspension components help).

I will be in group 2 next time... No immediate plans to go back...
