Thanks to help of the you all, and Bret for the specific questions, I have been able to wash/detail cars as my summer job. So far it has been going great!
I clean up cars for a guy who has them on the lot for 30 days at the most. He told me all I need to do is get them to shine for 30 days. Most of the cars also have clear coats. I have been claying them, then use Meguiars Gold Class paste. Not a bad wax, but it only seems to be lasting for 10 days or so. I am not looking to clean, pollish, glaze and seal evey car, I just need something that will last a little longer.
Any ideas?
Thanks!!
Nathan
