Tough one...Superglue can be brutal. Here is what I would try:
1) Get some really hot water (not boiling of course) and combine with some leather cleaner and see if that works. Really hot water and soap is how I get that crud off my hands.
2) If that doesn't work use a hairdryer on the glue for a while to see if it will soften up -- it should.
3) I would then try to use a Vinyl/Carpet cleaner like Tuff Stuff to see if that would get it off -- that's safe on leather so shouldn't damage anything and might work...
4) Goo Gone or a citrus cleaner is then your best bet - do test it on the leather first, but it shouldn't damage it.
All else fails get some fuzzy seat covers;)
