A couple good brands are CRC (Also sold as NAPA Auto Parts brand) Heavy Duty Silicone Spray and Crown Slix-it (both are 65-75% Heptane + 20-40% Butane propellant + 6-10% Dimethyl polysiloxane). Some of the other brands, like GUNK Silicone Spray, are only 3-6% silicone.
Another good product is 3M Marine Vinyl Cleaner and Restorer, available at Walmart in the Boating section. It is also very good on the exterior vinyl trim. "Cleans, shines, conditions and protects in one easy step. Deep cleans dirt and grime from vinyl, rubber and plastic surfaces while leaving behind a natural carnauba was protective coating. Has a "fresh" lemon scent."
Apply the spray to a clean rag and then wipe the weatherstripping.
