Cleaning fabric around rear speakers on 93 900 conv

Does anyone have a recommendation on what to use to clean the fabric around the rear speakers and also on the door panels? Thought some headliner cleaner may work, but sometimes that can be too strong and take the color out.
Also, is there anything I can do with the vinyl parts of the seat that through the years has faded to an almost pink color? What's the best thing to clean it to prevent further fading?
And last question, I understand some people have used Back to Black on the rear fin/spolier. Any one else have good luck with that or another product? Mine is getting to the point where it's almost crumbly, so wanted something that might restore the flexibility of the rubber.
Thanks.
Jim
