1. Have the interior steam cleaned and shampooed by a pro detailer. Most good detailers have chemicals they can use in their carpet extractors that will kill odor causing bacteria. Not only will the smell be gone but your daughter will have a nice, clean interior ready to be trashed ;-)

2. Shop pet stores for pet odor sprays. I can't recall the exact name but a buddy of mine who's an animal activist uses a product he gets at a place like Petsmart. If you've got animal lovin' friends, ask them what they use.

3. Use an ozone generator to kill odors in the interior. A good detail shop will have one and can do the work for you or you can find one at a place like Sharper Image.
