Recommendation for Silver colored Aero

Hi everyone, I've plowed through all 21 pages (didn't read all the entries but at least glanced at some highlights) in the last week.
I'm going to be picking up a 2001 Silver 9-5 Aero next week from the dealer as a CPO purchase. It will have the dealer detail job and I'll probably just wash it until spring rolls around in CT since it will be too cold temperature wise to do really work on it.
I've owned silver cars before and I've noticed that the color does not really shine like a dark colored car can shine after a good polish and wax job.
After reading this board, I am planning to follow the wash, clay, wash, Klasse AIO, Klasse SG steps. I've read that applying a coat of wax after allowing the SG to settle (a day or so) will really bring out the shine.
Anybody have experience with their silver car or recommendations on the last step (wax)? Is it even needed? Any special type of wax more favorable with the silver color?
I have two little boys and although I love detailing my cars, the Klasse products seemed to be more time friendly than the other processes. So I am looking for less time intensive solutions. Gotta play with the boys.
Thanks for reading.
