what Bob's referring to is the c900 dash's tendency to crack, essentially inevitable if own it long enough. There's lots of speculation on what's best, apparently slathering it in vaseline is tops (maintains most pliability?) but who wants that mess? In contrast, ArmorAll is vilified as a dash-cracking-agent but who knows, I naively used it on mine for years and that dash had its first crack at around 12yo and didn't get bad till this year. In fact, to play devils advocate I too started using Aerospace303 protectant ~6yrs ago and it went to hell, so who knows. In retrospect, I'd put my money on Griot's plastic/vinyl protectant as it works great on toughest plastics. That said, I think it's heat over the years that kills 'em. My dash *completely* went to hell when moved to North Carolina from Wisconsin, despite garaging & parking garage.
