If there was a "best wax" for black then everyone with a black car would use it. If you want your black car to looks its best it will take regular effort on your part to keep it that way. That includes proper washing techniques as well as frequent polishing and waxing.
A buffer will help tremendously. I've owned several black cars and my current 9-5 is Scarabe Green so I know intimately the challenges of dark colored cars. I would be up a creek without my buffers (I have two with a third on the way).
There are a few decent one steps available but please realize they are a compromise. The best one IMO is Klasse All In One. It offers mild cleaning ability with a tough acrylic polymer sealant. If you want something available in stores, I like Mothers Carnauba cleaner wax, Meguiars Gold Class, Mothers Reflections, and Meguiars Medallion. Each have their plusses and minuses but none will offer the performance and results of a multi-step, multi-product system.
I hope this points you in the right direction. Feel free to ask more questions.
