I used touch up paint (GM silver, darn close) on my 9-5 I just picked up
to do scrapes on one wheel. Up close you can tell but its only a couple of spots. If their real bad
you can try painting the whole wheel with a can of wurth silver from
eeuroparts. If you want them perfect I had wheels straightened and
painted from wheelcollision (dot com). They didn't have bad scrapes with
material missing though. These were mazda wheels for my wifes car but I
found there paint job very good. I recall paying around $100+ a wheel but that was for straightening also. You may be better picking up a used set of wheels if they are really bad.
