Nail polish remover dissolves super glue. However ihat might pull off the color!
Something like this requires masking off the glue... and starting with some 'gentler' products' start with something like folex, let it sit for a bit. if it doesnt budge, then try goo gone, then try some tarminator, if thats a no go try the nail polish remover, if not it looks like you'll have to discolor it by trying a harsh cleaner like stoners xenit or other solvent adhesive removers. if this is the case only try it if your dash is black... then you can apply something like forever black or other trim dye colorings. but i've never done that so I have no idea how it will turn out.
