Just bought a 2006 9-3 (black) The inside trim is silver and wood. I want to buy the silver trim for the doors and stick shift to match the dash and steering wheel. Is this a job I can do myself? It seems easy but I do not know anything about Saabs. I have read alot of good info on this site I never knew about detailing a car. Before i read all this I went to pep boys and bought Mothers Reflections advanced high-gloss liquid polyner car wax,($18.00)back to black, mothers fx high gloss tire shine, simonz self dry car wash and a chenille wash mitt. After reading some of the post I 'm really confused on what the hell I'm doing. Claying a car?? I'm only 34 but I have never heard of this stuff!!! I guess what I'm trying to say is can anyone give me a good set up to get my car to look the best it can. Also did I buy a bunch of crap that could mess up my car. I know this is alot but I will be greatlful for any help!
