which trim piece you are looking for, try eEuroparts's site. If they don't have it listed, call them (as well as other site sponsors).
It is very easy to replace, the hard part is getting it off and remembering exactly where it should go back on. Marking the trim position or take some measurements before removal would be good.
The trim piece is essentially doubled sided taped to the body. You want to pry it up without damaging the paint around it and you don't have to worry about the paint underneath it. Some have suggested dental floss but I found it not strong enough but and you may try some fishing line instead.
I put some electrical tape on the tip of a small screw driver on a small piece of something (as a pivot) that is not hard enough to scratch the paint but strong enough to support the prying. I have also used a thin razor or sort to cut between the trim and body.
Warm/heat the trim and body with a hair dryer would help as it softens the adhesive for easier prying/removal. Remove the residual adhesive by some solvent, such as tar remover or Goo Gone, but not paint thinner unless you do that very carefully.
Put the new trim piece back on where it is supposed to and you are done.
