I smoked for over 15 years (started young) and I've been completely smoke free for the last 7 years. What finally got me to stop completely was my Dad having double-bypass surgery. I saw myself in 20 years if I didn't do something.
Drink lots of water. Residual nicotine should be flushed from your system by now. Now your brain is adjusting to the absence. It'll pass. Good luck. You are doing the best thing for yourself (and family) that you could ever do.
