Trying to get my mom a 9-3Arc that was already on order by dealer before we even decided to go shopping. Once we told them what we wanted, they suggested a couple weeks wait for the one on order already.

Okay... two weeks. Nope. Dealer says another week. Okay... week is done and no car and still no clue where it is, but it IS supposedly somewhere in US in route. Says to wait for a few more days.

WTH is that? If you can track a $5 package through UPS on the net, why the heck can't a dealer figure out where a $30k car is and when it will arrive? What century are we living in again? Am I missing something? They started BSing about how 911 is affecting customs and etc. Then said our special order and options are a part of the delay. WTF???? We didn't order the car. THEY did... for their own inventory... before they even met us! I'm ready to take our $1k deposit back and go out of state to buy.
