Honestly, if you're able, I'd keep looking.
As Mattias said, the '95 900 still had a fair number of bugs, including a less-than-optimal cable-operated clutch. If you like the 900/9-3, might try to get a later model.
Later is also better with 9000's. The early 2.3-liter motors had timing chain problems. And the automatic transmission is kind of a crapshoot - some last, many don't. Best 9000's are '95 or later with a 5-speed.
In both cases, you *don't* want a V6.
Otherwise, if I *had* to choose between the two, I'd probably go with the 9000 for its design maturity. But... you didn't mention condition/mileage of the cars - are they comparable in those respects?
