When I bought my car, the dealer himself sat down with me and told me how to fill out the survey: checking satisfactory is not good, please only check very very satisfactory (or whatever that top tier is). I then got two follow up calls about the pending survey and how to fill it out.

Now every time I go in for service, I get the same little speach about how to fill out the survey, and I still get a follow up call about the survey. Funny thing is that the only place where this dealer has good attention to detail is in the badgering about the survey. If they were only as vigilant about fixing my car!

It's a Ford dealership, by the way, as I am between Saabs right now.
