It is a good piece. I drove with Mac Morrison on part of the trip from Copenhagen into southern Sweden, including the side trip down the cow path. I do some freelance writing, and my story on the new Convertible will be coming out next month in AMI Auto World magazine.

There is also a short piece in the current Automobile magazine which is also favorable.

The car is quite good - the body structure is very rigid indeed. Considering the car weighs 300 lb. more than the Sport Sedan, it is still quite quick - factory figures are 8 seconds for 0-100 km/h. It is also quite handsome - the cowl covering the top when it's lowered is very well done.

This is the first Saab built since 1993 I would consider buying (have owned a 99, two 900 Turbos and have a '92 900S currently).
