How did it explode? No car comes with a money back guarantee, they are honoring their warranty, so what else does he want? Depending on how many days its out of service, lemon laws might apply to get him a prorated refund? And isn't this the first model year for the cayenne? I was just looking at the brochure for those last night, they're pretty cool looking. But they are making cars these days with just too much crap on them, adjustable steering, suspension, electronic manual shifting, etc. that one wonders if they are focusing on the fundamentals, e.g. longevity, quality of build.
