1. If the weather is good, don't miss Holmenkollen ski jump and the Frognerparken (sculpture park, astounding). Also, stroll along Aker Brygge, grab a beer (expen$ive), enjoy the cool breezes.
2. The four Bydgoy museums (all accessible by a 20 minute ferry from Aker Brygge): Viking Ship Museum, Kon Tiki/Ra musem, Fram (polar exploration ship, not quite as interesting), and the Norwegian Folk Museum (lots of centuries-old farm houses and buidings, transported to Oslo, plus a 12th century wooden stave church). I would absolutely see the Viking Ship and Folk Museums, save the KonTiki and Fram museums for when you have more time.
3. Edvard Munch Museum is a little out of the way on the T-bane (subway), but nice (but check to make sure the main features of the exhibits, like "The Scream", aren't on loan somewhere else).
