I have to break them free first and finish torquing them, but it speeds it up quite a bit. Using the drill to tighten will wear the battery quickly if you don't leave off the power before the lug cinches down.
Some times I get out a 5+amp electric drill.
Note: always start the lug by hand to avoid stripping.
