I hope this isn't a repost.
I found this elsewhere, but I think everyone should hear about it.
Basically a guy won an auction on Ebay for a new Evolution, for $26K but the dealer tells him they already sold the car and he can come get another Evo at full sticker.

I think everyone should see this. What do the you all think about this situation? Did the dealer violate his contract with the bidder?
I think they did as they didn't cancel the auction, also I think they're just pissed that the bidding only went to $26K and they want more for the car. Even if they had sold the car, I think they should have honored the auction by allowing him to purchase another Evo at $26K (or less since it wouldn't have the custom items on it.)
