Considering the obvious Japanese and German bias coming from the car press in general, the SRX must be damn good for them to rave about it so much. Obviously the SRX platform and configuration was genetically closer to Saab than the Trailblazer, but GM chose the fast lane to profit by basically replacing the Olds Bravada by the 9-7 on the assembly line. From what my dealer saw a while back, it will look Saabish, but nothing will replace the fact that it is a truck, not a car. Good news for those of you looking for a truck based SUV. Let's hope it brings in $$ and Saab gets proper resources for the development of the next 9-5...SOON!
