Napa/Sonoma/Calistoga etc. Hotel/Spa Recommendations?

So, I figured some of you folks would surely have some good suggestions for this. I'm looking to set up a romantic weekend or saturday evening hotel and spa getaway with my girlfriend after the crazy holidays. Hopefully one of the next few weekends in January. I was thinking around the Napa/Sonoma/Calistoga area but I'm open to suggestions anywhere within say an hour and a half or so from San Francisco.
Here's a few criteria: money is an object, so no super-lux places, but of course still a "nice" place...maybe some sortof package deal that would make a "nice" place semi-affordable would be ideal. Although the "great deals" are usually blacked out on weekends of course. The spa treatments should be on the property or a short Saab ride away. Somewhat quiet and secluded would be nice...i.e., not in downtown Napa. If the room/cottage had "character" that could be a plus.
So, let the suggestions fly. I'm open to a variety of options and the above criteria aren't neccessarily set in stone, just a starting point...and of course all criteria are negotiable based on what it will cost. I'm looking to spend maybe around $300-$400 give or take a $100 depending on the place for a hotel room/small cottage/etc. for a night or two and a spa treatment or two each and a good dinner out.
Thanks in advance.
