I add:
5) Eating, women doing makeup, men shaving (!) while driving.
6) Don't turn head to shoulder (but only use side mirrors) to check for adjacent traffic behind car when pullng out curb parking stall or changing lanes
7) Brake-happy .... driver pulses brake every few seconds. Likely to be riding on brake with left foot.
8) Coming to FULL STOP to turn right
9) When making left turn in protected left turn bay with own signal, driver slams on brake as soon as signal turns yellow.
10) Drum roll ....... my all-time pet peeve: driver gets into parked car, starts ignition and *immediately* pulls away (or reverse situation when parking a car) without giving any time to warm up/cool down the car's powertrain, electricals etc.
