and that is having Saabs in Germany and Turkey. Nearly all of the locals that I knew (including the foremen and mechanics who worked on my cars) considered Saabs better than the cars that they owned or serviced. Germans in particular are not hung up on BMW, Audi and Mercedes being the marques to die for as is the case in the US. For a long time, German cars were designed and engineered by Germans but built by Guest Workers (Mostly Turks). So, I'm relatively sure that Europeans who are aware that the new smaller Cadillac is mostly Saab in content (German, British and Swedish parts) they will be interested. Not like trying to sell Detroit iron in Europe.
